To add an asset to your Favorites simply mark the star next to your instrument of choice.

To remove the asset from your Favorites, just unmark the star.

How do I open a trades.com account?

Opening a trades.com account is really quick and simple. You just fill out the brief registration form in the Open a Real Account page and then send us your verification documents via email or fax to complete the registration process. 

What are account verification documents, and why are they required?

As a licensed and regulated broker, trades.com requires compliance documentation from each newly registered trader, including Proof of Identification and Proof of Residence. The purpose of these documents is to safeguard against fraud, guarantee the security of your funds and ensure the integrity of your account and personal data.

Proof of Identity: This must be an up to date scan or copy of a government issued identification document, for example, a national ID, passport, or driver’s license. The document has to contain your full name and date of birth, in addition to a clear photo and an expiration date.

Proof of Residence: This must be an up to date scan or copy of a document that shows your full name, your current address, and a date of issue, for example, a bank/ credit card statement, or a utility bill. Please note that the place of residence that appears in this document must match the address you provided when you registered.

What account types does trades.com offer?

Trades.com offers our Muslim traders the option to trade in complete accordance with the tenets of Sharia law using an Islamic account.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, simply go to Login in the trades.com homepage, and then click the Forgot Password link. Please take care that your password has a minimum of 8 and a maximum 15 characters 

I am having difficulty logging in. What can I do?

As soon as you have completed your registration, trades.com will send you an email containing a verification link. Clicking the link should log you into your account.

Trades.com investors are personally accountable for verifying the tax responsibilities in their country of residence, and meeting these obligations.

How does trades.com determine its prices?

Trades.com has partnered with leading global financial institutions and banks to offer highly competitive Bid and Ask prices. These close collaborations enable us to ensure the safety of your funds during each transaction and to provide accurate, economical, and extremely liquid pricing solutions.

 

Does trades.com offer a rollover service?

At the close of trading each day, all your open positions are rolled over to the following day. Trades.com will then credit or charge your trading account based on the interest rate differential between the pair of currencies that were used in the trade.

Does trades.com charge a deposit fee?

Trades.com does not charge you for making a deposit.  However, please be aware that you will need to check with your credit card company, or your bank, to see if they charge a processing fee for transferring your funds.

How do I deposit funds?

Depositing funds is quick, safe and simple. Trades.com offers a broad array of secure global payment methods, including credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard; wire and bank transfers; e-wallets, such as QIWI or WebMoney; and many more. If a credit card error message appears, what should I do?

If, in the process of making a deposit, you receive a credit card error message, check that your credit card is in fact valid for use internationally, and for use in online transactions. This can be confirmed, by calling the number that appears on the back of your credit card.

Please be aware that if you attempt to deposit multiple times and receive the same error message, this could potentially lead to the cancellation of your card, in an effort by your credit card company to protect the security of your funds. To resolve the matter, you will need to speak to them directly, by calling the number on the back of the card.

How do I withdrawal funds?

Making a withdrawal is fast, secure and completely hassle-free. Once trades.com has approved your withdrawal request, your funds will be transferred immediately to the account from which they were initially debited.

What is a SWIFT code?

A SWIFT code is required for the transfer of funds between banks. It is a series of numbers that serves as a bank’s unique ID. If you need to perform and inter-bank transaction, contact your bank and it will provide you with its SWIFT code.

Please note: if your SWIFT code consists of only 8 numbers you will need to add XXX to the end of the code.
